The Bahçesaray road in winter
After the modernization of the Karapet pass road from Van to Bahçesaray it became possible to pass over the road in winter. On Christmas day 2011 we tried this the first time, in heavy snowfall. Some photos were added of a second journey in 2014, this time by regular minibus.
