Şebinkarahisar

Şebinkarahisar is a town in the hinterland of the Pontic mountains, picturesquely located at the foot of its castle rock. Pictures from the old neighborhoods and market area, all taken in 2015.

Much of the cultural heritage in the town is in a sad state of neglect.
